1. How do I place an order?

Simply add your chosen items to the cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to complete your purchase securely.

2. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our return process.

3. I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

4. How long does shipping take?

Local/Domestic: 3–7 business days

International: 7–15 business days

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location.

6. How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

7. Why isn’t my tracking number updating?

Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update.

If it doesn’t update after a few days, contact us.

10. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in perfect condition with original packaging.

11. How do I start a return?

Reason for return

Photos (if damaged or defective)

12. Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

13. How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

14. My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at techspherebus@gmail.com with photos or videos.

We will assist you immediately.

15. My package says “delivered,” but I didn’t receive it.

Please first check with neighbors or your local courier office.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us.
