Thank you for shopping with TechSphere. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unused
• In their original packaging
• In the same condition as received
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
• Earbuds, headphones that go inside the ear
• Opened hygiene-sensitive electronics
• Items marked as Final Sale
If a product is defective or damaged on arrival, please contact us — this rule does not apply to faulty items.
3. Return Process
To start a return, email us at:

Include:
• Your order number
• The reason for return
• Photos or videos (if the item is defective or damaged)
Our support team will provide instructions and the return address.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as TechSphere is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
5. Inspection & Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will:
1. Inspect the product
2. Notify you of approval or rejection
3. Process your refund if approved
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include photos or videos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please request a return and place a new order.
8. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once a shipping confirmation is sent, the order cannot be canceled and will need to follow the return process.
