1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping carrier.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Local / Domestic shipping: 3–7 business days
  • International shipping: 7–15 business days

Please note: These are estimates. Actual delivery time may vary due to customs, weather, courier delays, or high-demand periods.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Package weight
  • Selected shipping method

 

Some promotions may include free shipping.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number
  • The shipping carrier
  • A direct tracking link

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been shipped, TechSphere cannot change the address or issue a refund until the item is returned to us.

Please double-check your address before placing your order.

6. Delays & Lost Packages

TechSphere is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs
  • Weather events
  • Carrier issues
  • High-volume periods

If a package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first.

7. Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
