1. Check Your Email

After your purchase, we sent you:

An order confirmation email, and

A shipping confirmation email (once your order is dispatched)

The shipping confirmation includes:

Your tracking number

The carrier name

A direct tracking link

Make sure to also check your spam/junk folder.

 

 

2. Track With Your Tracking Number

Once you receive your tracking number, you can follow your parcel’s journey through the carrier’s website.


3. Didn’t Receive a Tracking Number?

If you haven’t received a tracking number within 2–5 business days, please contact us so we can assist you.

  • Processing → We’re preparing your order
  • Shipped → It’s on the way
  • In Transit → Moving between logistics points
  • Out for Delivery → Arriving soon
  • Delivered → Successfully delivered to your address
